I remember the first time I attempted a pecan pie.

I got it all ready for the oven and it was pretty. Picked it up, two steps to the oven and the dang thing FOLDED in my hands. Pecan pie center goop EVERYWHERE.

Do you know how hard that is to clean up? The floor in front of the oven was sticky for weeks, even after mopping.

Thankfully my attempts since then have been better.
